The toy scene is rapidly changing and Ralphco Inc. ws caught in the squeeze in 2004. Known for its giant crayon piggy bank, the Worcester, Mass., company is went out of business and auctioned off its equipment August 12, 2004. Ralphco filed for Chapter 11 protection from creditors back on October 21, 2003 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Worcester. Ralphco closed after 15 years in business, $100 million in sales and $20 million in salaries of employees.
